Pesto Chicken Salad

Here’s an easy recipe to make using that leftover grilled chicken from your July 4th bbq….BUT you can actually use any cooked chicken here!

Grilled, rotisserie or poached and shredded - they all work great!

If you want the chicken in small pieces use a food processor to chop it up fine!

Then follow the recipe as I do in this video!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • cooked chicken

  • pesto

  • mayo

  • optional seasonings: salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Mix all together and adjust seasonings to your liking!

  2. Add on toast or into a wrap!

You can also add tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, lettuce, arugula, olives etc! The ideas are endless.

This would also be a great pizza topper! 🍕
