Last night’s dinner was πŸ’―!! Seriously, so so good - like restaurant quality good! πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ³

I tried ocean perch fish fillets from FreshDirect it’s delish! I usually go for cod but ocean perch might be my new fave! 🐟

The best part of this dish was how easy it was to whip up! Literally, it only took about 10 minutes! πŸ•°

  1. SautΓ© onions & garlic in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper (optional red pepper flakes or harissa) and continue to cook until onions are softened

  2. Bring the onion mixture to the side and place in your fish fillet (skin side up first), let cook for about 5 minutes then flip so skin is down

  3. Add broth, lemon juice & a tab of butter (enough to have the fillet sit on the sauce to finish cooking)

  4. Add in the drained capers, unwashed white beans and parsley

  5. Keep over medium heat until everything is warmed through and fish can be flaked with a fork

  6. Devour & enjoy!
