“We have been using Elia now for a couple of months. Her food is delicious. She is fast & cleans up after herself. We are both working parents with three little kids at home. The relief I have coming home to a refrigerator full of home cooked delicious food is priceless! I also have a lot of dietary restrictions and she is so helpful in finding the products that will work for me. She’s a lifesaver!”

Tamara Robertson

“Not only is Elia a great chef, she is a great juggler too. Between gluten allergies, pescatarianism & general pickiness, Elia brings us all to the table every night with delicious food. Thank you Elia!”

Amy Bloom

“We are all eating healthier and not ordering in! It’s so nice to be able to come home from a long day of work and not have to start cooking. Warming up dinner and sitting down with the family to have a meal together is easy and stress free!

“We started with Elia when I went back to work after my first baby. I didn't want cooking to cut into my limited evenings and weekends with my daughter, but home-cooked meals matter to me. Having Elia come once a week solved both problems. She makes enough for dinners and lunches for me and my husband, and thoughtfully adapts recipes to be baby-friendly so our 7-month-old eats what we eat. The food is delicious and healthy, Elia is communicative and easy to plan with, and she always leaves the kitchen spotless. I used to cycle through the same handful of recipes on repeat, and she's brought a whole new variety of meals into our rotation. More than the time, it's lifted a huge mental load and given me back real presence with my family.”

The Process

I’ve been meal prepping for NYC families for over five years now, and I’m confident that I can help you stop ordering shitty takeout and eat better-for-you meals!

When I started Feed Your Sister in 2010, I didn’t know that working in food was going to be in my future, I was a preschool teacher! My blog was born from everyone asking about my mom’s butternut soup recipe that I made at my annual Chanukah party.

Years later, I have created over 60 recipes, continue to feed my sister & clients and prepare memorable dishes. I went from preschool teacher to food blogger and now personal chef. I wake up every morning excited to cook for and feed my clients just like I did my sister.
