Crispy Oven-Fried Potatoes

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 3 russet potatoes

  • 1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Parchment paper (optional)

  • A rimmed baking sheet

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Heat oven to 415ºF on the convection setting or 425ºF if you don't have that setting.

  2. Peel your potatoes.

  3. Slice potato in half lengthwise, then place the flat side down and slice into about 4-6 wedges per half. Repeat with all the potatoes and place in a large bowl.

  4. Add in the oil and seasonings and mix to combine using your hands.

  5. Place the potatoes flat on a parchment lined baking sheet (you may need to use two to prevent crowding).

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes then flip each potato. Cook for another 15-20 until golden brown and crispy!
