Everything Bagel Salmon

This recipe is super easy and only uses 2 ingredients, plus oil! MY clients are all obsessed with this simple weeknight recipe - they can’t get enough. Even the kids love it! There are a few ways this can be adapted but it’s a great recipe to serve all year long or even to make for a holiday dinner or get together as an appetizer!

Some options for you when you make this recipe. I usually use the oven and either broil or roast at a high-ish temperature, like 425 degrees. Alternatively, you can use your air fryer at the highest temperature it can do for about the same time.

Another option, for let’s say, an appetizer or to serve the kiddos is to cut up your salmon into chunks with the skin off and do everything bagel salmon bites! So fun!

I love this meal because I can always pick up some fresh salmon on my way home and I always have everything bagel seasoning in my spice collection! I always have a jar in my chef bag too!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and if using an air fryer, preheat to the highest, typically that’s 400 degrees.

  2. Rinse and pat your salmon dry. Spray or drizzle oil on each fillet or in a bowl if doing chunks.

  3. Heavily sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, salt and garlic powder, if using, all over the salmon.

  4. Place the salmon on a parchment-lined sheet tray or in your air fryer and let cook for about 15 minutes.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

I love using the leftover salmon to make a salmon salad by just adding mayonnaise and extra seasoning if necessary. I eat this cold on toast, crackers, or with veggies! Nourishing and delicious! To reheat your salmon, cover the sheet tray in foil and warm up in the oven at 350 degrees until warmed through. The best part about this recipe is that all of the ingredients can be found at TraderJoe’s and most other supermarkets!
