Curried Salmon

This is one of my favorite salmon’s to make for clients, especially when they aren’t sure they love Indian flavors.

It has a gentle curry flavor and they usually love it! It’s super easy to make at home too! I like to serve it along side some sautéed kale or spinach and some mashed potatoes.

  4. Season each fillet with a generous sprinkle of paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

  5. Place salmon under the broiler for about 15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
