Broiled Haricot Vert

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1-2 packages of fresh haricot vert (depending on how many people)

  • olive oil spray

  • salt

  • parchment paper or foil

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Preheat broiler to high.

  2. Place washed and trimmed haricot vert on a lined sheet pan, so that they are not touching or overlapping.

  3. Spray the string beans with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt, to taste.

  4. Broil for about 10 minutes until browned, as pictured above.
