The Process

  • After you complete the online inquiry form, you can schedule your complimentary Chef’s Chat at a time that works best for you. During the call, we will chat about what you’re struggling with, what you and your family’s needs are, and see if the coaching program is the right fit for you.

  • Following our Chef’s Chat, you’ll receive a recap email outlining everything we discussed and links to sign-up for my coaching. If you had any further questions, you are welcome to book another complimentary Chef’s Chat or send me an email.

    When you’re ready to move forward, you can choose to pay in full or via a payment plan.

  • Once payment is made, you’ll receive a personalized welcome email from me that will contain everything you need to get started. This will include downloading the Voxer app, accessing the online Modern Meal Prep course, booking your kick-off call, as well as detail of what we will work on together over the next 3 months.

  • After our kick-off call, your meal prep journey finally begins! You’ll start completing the Modern Meal Prep course. Each day, I’ll be in touch via the Voxer app, sending you check-ins, mini lessons, and real-time support to guide you through the process. I’ll be by your side every step of the way as you build your new routine. And with our 2 x 50-minute Zoom coaching calls, you’ll have even more personalized support to ensure you stay on track and succeed.

Hey, I’m Elia!

I spent over 15 years throwing away food because I didn’t know how to properly plan, shop and prep. I didn’t know how to plan meals to make the most of my groceries and proteins. I didn’t know how to shop from my own freezer or pantry, instead I just kept buying more and more. My kitchen and pantry became cluttered, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and stressed, and I often resorted to unhealthy takeout for dinner. Through trial and error, a lot of wasted dollars and food, I learned that meal prep was crucial if I wanted to live a life that felt nourishing, energizing and freeing.

My ultimate mission as a coach is to educate clients on the ins and outs of meal prep taking them from A-Z via my methodology so that they can learn what took me 20 years, in just 3 months!

Clients learn to meal prep with ease and efficiency while also keeping their sanity and social life. My clients understand that by taking part in meal prep they take care of themselves, their families and the planet too!
