Salmon with Matbucha & Feta

This baked dish comes together so easily, especially if you prep the Matbucha ahead of time!

You can also substitute marinara or arrabbiata sauce for the matbucha. What’s Matbucha? I’ve got your recipe right here!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • Matbucha

  • Salmon (2-4 filets)

  • olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Feta, crumbled

  • Cooked rice of your choice (for serving)

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Add your Matbucha to an oven-safe dish

  2. Top with salmon filets and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Sprinkle feta crumbles all over the top.

  4. Roast uncovered in the oven at 400 degrees until salmon is cooked to your liking (approximately 20 minutes)

  5. Serve immediately with cooked brown rice or any grain or vegetables of your choice.

Enjoy! This dish packs a ton of flavor and comes together easily. Make the Matbucha ahead of time, and quickly pull together the ingredients and throw this in the oven after a long day
