Blood Orange Salmon

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 cup salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 blood oranges (1 tbsp juice + 1 orange sliced into half moons to top salmon)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the blood orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the honey-soy mixture generously over each fillet.

  4. Top each fillet with a few slices of blood orange.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the salmon cool for a few minutes.

  7. Serve and Enjoy!.
