We all know our meals aren’t going to cook themselves, right? Enter Prep & Party!

The ultimate act of self-care you can dedicate your time to each week is meal prep, so why not make it a party! 

Expect an interactive environment with music, cooking conversations, and an all-around good time. At the end of each party we celebrate our accomplishments and drool over our creations! The fun continues throughout the week within our Prep & Party Community Facebook page and optional office hours to get you prepared for the following week!

I created Prep & Party as a way to bring the Feed Your Sister community together and provide a space where members are held accountable and can approach weekly meal prep in a way that’s fun and stress-free. At Prep & Party members get a feel for my big kitchen energy, the way I coach and the support they need while tackling meal prep.

The best part of Prep & Party is the time is already carved out for you! All you need to do is grocery shop and show up! With our thoughtfully crafted meal plan, you no longer need to worry about what to cook for each meal saving you time and energy. Optional office hours help you adapt the menu to your preferences, dietary needs, and lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Elia!

I’m your party host and meal prep expert. As a chef and coach, I love to cook for and with others, and I wanted to give you the space to do the same. Past Prep & Party goers have said:

I started my business, Feed Your Sister, after realizing how often and how much I enjoyed feeding my sister and family. Prep & Party is for you if:

  • Prep & Party members should know their way around the kitchen (at least a little bit)! Because we pack a lot into 2 hours, basic cooking experience – like how to cook proteins and roast vegetables – is recommended. But no need to be a Michelin-star chef!

    The great thing about Prep & Party is having me, your meal prep coach, in the zoom room with you! You can ask me any questions during the party and gain clarity and confidence for each recipes so that you can make it on your own another week!

  • Upon signing up you will receive the monthly meal plan with grocery list and suggestions for leftovers. Next step is to check off what items you already have from the list, attend the pre-party office hours (optional), and shop for any necessary ingredients!

    Remember: if you keep good food in your fridge, you’ll eat good food. PREP & PARTY makes it easier than ever to stock your fridge with goodness.

  • We recommend having all ingredients out on the counter, pre-washed (but not chopped), cans drained, and a clear sink and dishwasher.

    We will do everything else together in real time. We even include some clean up time, so you’re not let with a million dishes after the party!
