Gluten-Free No Bread “Breadcrumbs”

I’m obsessed with this easy breadcrumb alternative!! It’s gluten-free and grain-free if you use Wilde Chicken Chips. One of my new obsessions from Expo West. This recipe is also whole30 and paleo friendly!

If you don’t have Wilde Chicken Chips you can sub in any gluten-free or grain-free chips or crackers. I really love the texture of the flax seed meal and psyllium husk, its super light and flaky but full of fiber and protein from the chicken chips! Woop Woop!! You can use these breadcrumbs on mac and cheese (balls or pan), chicken fingers, to crust your fish (pictured) or anything you normally would bread! The best part of the recipe is that depending on what flavor chicken chip you use the breading flavor changes too! So go WILD(e)! LOL

  1. In a mini food processor, grind up the whole bag of Wilde Chicken Chips, or about 2.5 ounces of any other kind of chip or cracker you have. Pulse until you get a fine crumb texture.

  2. Combine grounded chips with the rest of the ingredients and mix together.

  3. Use as you would real breadcrumbs.
